These terms apply to your use of this website and to any consultation or treatment booked with Aesthetics Essex Ltd. By booking, you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Every treatment begins with a consultation, where we review your medical history, discuss your goals and explain risks, benefits and alternatives. We only treat where it is clinically appropriate and may decline or postpone treatment at our professional discretion. For some treatments a cooling-off period between consultation and treatment applies.

• Cosmetic injectable treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and over. We may ask for photo ID.
• You must give complete and accurate medical information. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your safety and results.
• We do not offer injectable treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Appointment requests made online are not confirmed until we contact you. Any deposit required will be explained at the time of booking and deducted from your treatment price.

• Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange.
• Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments.
• If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled so other clients are not delayed.

Prices shown on our pricing page are a guide; your final price is confirmed at consultation before any treatment begins. Payment is due on the day of treatment.

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Before and after images are of real clients, shared with consent, and are illustrative only. Follow-up treatments or top-ups may be recommended and are charged separately unless agreed otherwise.

You will receive written aftercare advice. Following it is important for your safety and results. If you have any concerns after treatment, contact us promptly on 07384 421236; in an emergency call 999.
